Employee training is something we actively encourage – planning and providing a range of comprehensive training programmes to aid the career development of all our employees.
Our training and development programme
- We are extremely proud of our training and development, ensuring everyone receives the right training to help them carry out their current and potential future roles
- We help our people grow and develop with our company. Many of our current board and management team today joined the business as trainees or young professionals
- A good induction ensures we help and support every new employee to adjust to their new working environment as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We support construction-based training and advocate a coaching style of management and mentoring as ways to support staff development.
All our Directors have to complete and pass the Institute of Directors course and exam.
