Paul joined Southdale in the very early days in 1994 when there was just two partners and Bev Robinson was HR Manager for Southdale.

Paul came to fill a new role of Purchasing Manager but, as with most people that join us, he quickly became part of the family and was keen to contribute to the growth of the business. Paul's commercial competence was immediately apparent, demonstrating his potential to progress within the business. He became Commercial Director in 2004 and then took on the role of Managing Director in 2006.
