The Byrons
The Byrons is a brand new £5.5m extra care development for the over 55's in Blackley North Manchester. It comprises 40 two bedroom self-contained apartments plus communal facilities.

Saltersbrook, Goldthorpe
Southdale designed and built this extra care facility, comprising 59 two bedroom apartments and 1 one bedroom apartment, all for shared ownership. Facilities will include a communal restaurant, a fully fitted catering kitchen, communal lounge, shop, laundry, supervisor office, IT suite, hairdressers and activity room.

St. Anne's Discus Extra Care Home
We designed and built this fully functional retirement village in partnership with Tees Valley Housing Limited and York Housing Association. The build comprised an extra care facility, 41 two bedroom apartments and 60 bungalows, plus phased future provision general needs and open market housing.
