Thermal imaging and air pressure tests identify the problem areas which can then be treated using the most advanced environmentally friendly technology.

After the property has undergone its retrofit, it is re-tested to benchmark how effective the intervention has been in reducing carbon emissions. This information is used to inform future projects.
