  Brig Royd, Ripponden

  Southdale designed and built this state of the art medical centre featuring Air Source heat pumps to supplement the buildings heating requirements. This project was developed in collaboration with Apollo Health Care, local GPs, Calderdale's Primary Care Trust and Pennine Housing 2000.

  Southdale have completed the construction of a three storey medical centre, pharmacy, external works and the re-provision of ‘groundsman facilities' to cater for the requirements of the adjacent park.
