Magdalene Court was a design and build contract comprising the refurbishment and remodelling of a large two-storey sheltered housing scheme in Consett for our customer Derwentside Homes.

The scheme was funded by Derwentside's own internal reserves and involved a range of improvement work including the provision of 20 new and spacious apartments, a communal lounge and dining area, treatment room, guest bedroom, warden’s office, external render and timber finishes, various landscaping features including a new planting scheme and communal gardens.
