A growing area of our work is in Planned Maintenance through Registered Provider Asset Management teams. This can include re-roofing, kitchen and bathroom replacement, and external and environmental work.
We have a dedicated team of project managers, surveyors and tradesmen who are extremely proud of the customer satisfaction levels we achieve in these predominantly tenanted projects.
We provide training for subcontractors to install renewable energy technology, making old houses more energy efficient. Installing solar panels on a recent project enabled residents to reduce their heating bills and carbon emissions and sell the excess electricity back to the National Grid.
